Meet Dr. Sienna and Dr. Marisol Clark, twin physical therapists behind Clark Custom Therapy in Oldsmar, FL.
At Clark Custom Therapy, our vision is to transform rehabilitative care into a holistic experience focused on lifelong wellness, recovery, community and education.
Dr. Sienna Clark founded Clark Custom Therapy to bring concierge-level, hands-on physical therapy to active individuals and athletes across the Tampa Bay area. With more than 10 years of experience across orthopedic, military, hospital, university, and contract settings, Sienna brings a broad clinical perspective and a highly individualized, global approach to care. Her work combines hands-on treatment, movement, strength, and personalized exercise to help patients understand their bodies. Her clinical training spans a broad range of advanced techniques and specialties, with particular emphasis on advanced Integrative Dry Needling, the McKenzie Method, concussion management, and treating the fitness athlete. She is also CrossFit Level 1 certified and holds a Functional Health Coaching certification, which she pursued to better understand how nutrition and lifestyle factors can support recovery, manage inflammation, and complement her patients’ physical therapy progress. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University, where she has taught in the Hybrid Doctor of Physical Therapy program for more than four years. Movement has always been a meaningful part of Sienna’s life. With a background in dance and over a decade of CrossFit, she understands what it means to want your body to do more, feel stronger, and keep up with the life you want to live. That perspective shapes the care she provides at Clark Custom Therapy: helping each person move with confidence, build a stronger and more capable body, and create the foundation for a lifetime of movement and wellness.

Dr. Marisol Clark co-founded Clark Custom Therapy and brings more than 10 years of experience in physical therapy, with a background in orthopedic care, clinical leadership, and working with active populations. Marisol spent four years as a clinic director and part-owner of a physical therapy practice in South Carolina, where she developed a broad clinical perspective and a passion for mentorship before moving to Florida to join her sister, Sienna, in creating Clark Custom Therapy. She has experience treating a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, concussion, and post-surgical conditions. Throughout her career, she has mentored numerous clinicians—several of whom have gone on to become clinical directors and practice owners—and served as a clinical instructor to the next generation of physical therapists. Marisol’s clinical training includes the McKenzie Method, manual and orthopedic techniques, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and functional movement assessment. A former dancer and longtime CrossFit athlete, she understands firsthand the demands of movement, training, and performance. At Clark Custom Therapy, Marisol combines clinical expertise, experience, and a genuine investment in people to help every patient move better, perform at their best, and leave stronger than when they came in.
